Different types of reports can be extracted from the program:
Trail Balance Screen
Enter the data of the period of time, and branches, then click Load Balances.
Enter Data then click Load Balances Enter data then click Load Balances The program displays the names and numbers of the accounts, balances of the beginning, and ending balances, and the total balances (credit or debit). when you click on a link, the program will direct you to the account transactions screen, to view the details of that account and the transactions of that account.

The program enables extracting trial balance reports in different forms, depending on the data collection method:
Data collection by account level.
Data collection by last level accounts.
For data collection by account level, there are two types of reports, with different displayed data:
To view and print trail balances report, set the level of accounts, enter the period of time data, and branches, then click Preview/ Print. Filter the search results: enter journal type and status, also, you can hide customers, or suppliers accounts.

To view and print trail balances currency equivalent report, enter the period of time data, account level, branches, currency and currency factor, then click Preview/ Print. Filter the search results: enter journal type and status, also, you can hide customers, or suppliers accounts.
The program will convert all balances to the selected currency, using the entered currency factor.

Enter the data of the period of time, level of accounts, and branches, then click Show.
