View and Print Different Balance Sheet Reports
To get to this page:
Different types of reports are available to extract: balance sheet, statement of financial position, and other reports, such as cash flow, and shareholders equity change:
Briefed Balance Sheet Report

To view and print a briefed balance sheet report, enter date, and branches, then click Preview/ Print.


Balance Sheet Reports

The program enables setting the details of the balance sheet reports, according to the type and size of your company. You can control the items, their order, and the accounts related to it.
Balance Sheet Settings

To set the shown items of the income statement, their order, and the related accounts the program will extract data from.
Add a New Item 

Enter the data of the item: name, main item, and order, then click Save .

A list of expenses and revenue accounts is shown on the right side. Link the new item to the accounts, that the program will use to collect data. Click on Edit, select the accounts, then Save .

Balance Sheet Report

To view and print a balance sheet report, enter date, and branches, then click Show Report/ Print .


Comparative Balance Sheet Report

To view and print a comparative balance sheet report, enter date, then click Show Report/ Print.


Statement of Financial Position

To view and print a statement of financial position report, enter date, and branches, then click Show Report/ Print .


Other Reports
To extract reports of cash flow, and shareholders equity changes.
