General Settings

General setting is where users can define screens like countries, payment terms, cars, drivers, commission policies, and so forth.

· In the driver screen, a driver is defined as an individual responsible for delivering goods—such as ready-mix concrete—whose information is recorded and managed within the system. The screen captures key details such as the driver's name, license number, end date.

Hint: If the driver is marked as an employee, they will receive a bonus for each completed delivery, which is processed through payroll. If the driver is a non-employee or contractor, they will receive a commission per delivery, which is handled through accounts payable or service payments.

· The cars screen is used to record and manage important information about each vehicle in the company's fleet.

· Driver Commission Setting refers to the configuration within a system that determines how commission payments are calculated and applied for non-employee (contracted) drivers.
