New Journal Entry

To add new journal entries, enter journal's data: Branch, Journal Date and Type, Currency and Journal Description, then enter journal entry details: Accounts' details, Debit or Credit, Branches of entries, then click Save. Numbers of journal, archive, serial, and currency factor will be automatically generated, also the journal registering data will be displayed.

Template Journal

You can add different types of template journals, for frequently used journals, e.g., payroll journals. Enter the journal data then checkmark Template, you can recall the template any time.

Add a New Account

The program enables adding new accounts, during the journal entry process. Saving your time, so no need to return back to the chart of accounts for adding a new account. Enter the data of the new account, then Save.

Import Journals Entries from Excel

The program allows you to easily import a journals entry from an Excel sheet, in simple steps:

  • Copy the table of journals entries from the Excel sheet, without the column headers, also, cells has to be arranged as the shown, then click Paste.

  • All copied cells will be displayed, and easy to edit. Then click Import.

To save your time, the program helps you to import multiple journals entries, from an Excel sheet in simple steps. Enter the basic journal data: Type and currency, then follow these steps:

  • Select an Excel file.

  • Select the Excel sheet, for the program to extract data from.

  • Required columns headers are shown, match with headers in the sheet.

  • Click on Load Data.

Enter data then click Load Data
  • Imported data will be displayed, click on Verify, the program will review and check imported data.

  • After reviewing, and deleting wrong data, click on Add Journals.

After verifying, click on Add Journals

Make sure that journals entries are equal.

Add Attachments

In order to keep your journals entries documented, adding attachments is available. you can add attachments using scanner, copy & paste, or right click on the image window.

Add images then click Next

Search Journals Entries

Easily search for any registered journal entry, enter some data for search results filtration, then click Search.

Confirm Journals Entry

This feature is considered the first step of journals revising, for example, a journal was created by an accountant, then confirmed by the accounting manger, and finally the journal was revised by the chief financial officer. To activate this role for a user, go to User Permissions.

Revise Journal

You can revise a journal entry directly after creating it, provided that you are permitted to revise journals. To activate this role for a user, go to User Permissions.

Journals entries revision is an important point for the company's financial health. To revise multiple journal entries at once, enter some data for filtration, then click Load.

Enter data then click Load

Search results will be displayed, details of each journal entry; journal type, number, date, and journal status, whether it was confirmed, revised or deleted(void). You can revise all the shown journals in one click, or manually go through every journal.

Reversing Journals Entry

To cancel journal entries, and maintain your record in order. Go to User Permissions, to activate this role for a user.

Search Journals

Search for the journal you want to reverse, by entering some of its data to filter the search results, then click Search.

Enter data then click Search

Select the journal to reverse, the program will display all the journal details, click Save to reverse the journal, or Reset to undo changes.
